By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, colours and designs. Due to variations in screen settings, lighting and natural textile characteristics, colours and print placement may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

Product Variations

Each Velzy piece is crafted using natural fabrics and original printed artwork. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur and are considered part of their unique character. 

Please note:

  • Print placement will vary from piece to piece and may differ from product photography. 
  • Colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, device displays and lighting conditions. 
  • Natural fabrics may contain subtle variations in texture, weave or colour
  • Handmade products may feature minor variations in construction and finish. 
  • No two Velzy pieces are exactly alike. 

These variations are not considered faults and contribute to the individuality and beauty of each handmade item. 

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Velzy reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products or modify promotions at any time.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

In certain circumstances, we may cancel an order prior to dispatch, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, textile designs, photography, graphics, logos and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Velzy.

No content may be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velzy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
